Ingredients: Rice flour 70%, tapioca starch 27%, iodized salt

Directions for Use:

Due to the high rice flour content, this product requires slightly longer cooking time to achieve a chewy and delicious texture.

Cooking Macaroni:

Method 1: Boil directly in boiling water for 15-20 minutes.

Method 2 (2 steps):

Step 1 – Soak in cold water for 15-20 minutes.

Step 2 – Boil for 5-10 minutes.

Remove and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking, drain well, and mix with a small amount of vegetable oil.

Can be cooked in soup, deep-fried, stir-fried, or stewed with meat, egg, shrimp, tomatoes, etc.
